Who Are Eligible For The PM Svanidhi Loan Scheme?

The following people are eligible for the PM Svanidhi Loan Scheme:

Street vendors who were vending on or before March 24, 2020.
Vendors with a Certificate of Vending or an Identity Card issued by Urban Local Bodies.
Vendors who are identified in the survey but haven’t received a certificate or ID can also apply after being verified.
Vendors left out of the survey but who have a letter of recommendation from the Urban Local Body are also eligible.
