HCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the 10th/Matric exam and ITI (where applicable).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- Candidates who pass the document verification will undergo a medical examination to ensure they are fit for the apprenticeship.
- Candidates who are selected will undergo apprenticeship training as per the guidelines of the Apprenticeship Act 1961.
