HUDCO Eligibility Criteria for 2024

Senior Executive Director: You need an MBA (HR) or a similar advanced degree with at least 60% marks. The age limit is 50 to 55 years.
Executive Director: You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Planning with at least 60% marks. The maximum age for this role is 52 years.
Assistant General Manager: You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 60% marks. The age limit is 40 years.
Senior Manager: You need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks. The maximum age for this role is 35 years.

HUDCO Vacancy 2024 Selection Process

Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- The test has two parts:
  - Specific Domain Test: 90 questions related to your field.
  - General Aptitude Test: 60 questions covering General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
- The test is in English and Hindi, and there’s a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Personal Interview:
- If you pass the CBT, you’ll be invited for an interview.
- The final decision will be based on your CBT score (80% of the total) and your interview performance (20% of the total).
Training:
- Those selected will go through one year of training.
- During training, you’ll earn between ₹40,000 and ₹1,40,000.
- After completing the training, you could be promoted to a regular Officer position.
