India Post is expected to release the GDS 2nd Merit List 2024 in the second week of September 2024 on its official website, indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. Earlier, India Post announced the 1st Merit List for Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM, and Assistant Branch Postmaster positions on 19th August 2024, state-wise.
Candidates who were not selected in the 1st Merit List can check if their names appear in the 2nd Merit List. This new list will be made available by the India Post Department on their official website for everyone to check.

India Post Office announced a recruitment notification for 44,228 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM, and Assistant Branch Postmaster. Candidates from all states were able to apply online for these positions until 5th August 2024.
Now, applicants are waiting for the India Post Office GDS 2nd Merit List 2024 in PDF format. For your information, India Post Office will upload this 2nd Merit List on its official website soon.
There was no recruitment exam for the India Post GDS positions. Instead, India Post will release a total of three merit lists based on the candidates’ scores. The 1st merit list was published on 19th August 2024.
